Scope of the service: Our offers can be subject to change. For the conclusion of a contract and the scope of services, only our written confirmation of performance is authoritative. Verbal agreements made in person or by telephone are only valid with our express written confirmation. All prices are quoted in Euro. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the statutory value-added tax is included in the prices quoted. No liability is assumed for the correctness of the price lists. The driver will wait up to 60 minutes at no additional cost. The booking confirmation will include a phone number where the client can reach their chauffeur. If after 60 minutes waiting time no contact with the transfer guest or customer has been established, Vural Bülent OG (Taxi Alps Express) is entitled to terminate the contract. The service of Vural Bülent OG (Taxi Alps Express) is then considered provided and the full price for the transfer will be charged. Further waiting times requested by the customer will be charged according to the valid price list.Cancellation and withdrawal Cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail). Cancellations up to and including 24 hours before the contractually agreed start of the journey are free of charge, thereafter the full amount for cancellations and non-commencement of the journey will be charged. Expenses will be charged by Vural Bülent OG regardless of the timeliness of the cancellation, if they have already been incurred. The customer is allowed to prove that Vural Bülent OG has incurred no or less damage. Choice of Law Austrian substantive law shall apply. The applicability of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded. The contract language is German. Legal validity Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions and the entire legal transaction.
