Deviating conditions do not apply, even if Vural Bülent OG (Taxi Alps Express) does not expressly contradict them. Deviations from the following conditions require the written consent of Vural Bülent OG (Taxi Alps Express). A contract is only concluded by confirmation of Vural Bülent OG (Taxi Alps Express). Scope of the service Our offers can be subject to change. For the conclusion of a contract and the scope of services, only our written confirmation of performance is authoritative. Verbal agreements made in person or by telephone are only valid with our express written confirmation. All prices are quoted in Euro. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the statutory value-added tax is included in the prices quoted. No liability is assumed for the correctness of the price lists. We assume no liability for printing errors. If the customer does not follow the instructions, represents a danger in the sense of the road traffic regulations or endangers the safety in road traffic by disturbing the driver, Vural Bülent OG (Taxi Alps Express) is entitled to refuse the transfer service. In this case, Vural Bülent OG (Taxi Alps Express) will charge the full price for the transfer including the fixed price or the flat rate per kilometer and all additional costs or special services. Pick-up at the airport (airport transfer) Vural Bülent OG (Taxi Alps Express) must be informed immediately of any changes to the agreed pick-up time, regardless of the reason for the deviation. Damage caused by failure to notify immediately will be borne by the customer. The chauffeur will wait at the agreed pick-up time at the respective meeting point at the airport terminal or at the meeting point agreed in writing with the company sign or logo (earlier or later availability must be specified at the time of booking). The driver will wait up to 60 minutes at no additional cost. The booking confirmation will include a phone number where the client can reach their chauffeur. If after 60 minutes waiting time no contact with the transfer guest or customer has been established, Vural Bülent OG (Taxi Alps Express) is entitled to terminate the contract. The service of Vural Bülent OG (Taxi Alps Express) is then considered provided and the full price for the transfer will be charged. Further waiting times requested by the customer will be charged according to the valid price list. Cancellation and withdrawal Cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail). For the timeliness of written cancellations, the receipt by Vural Bülent OG is essential. Cancellations up to and including 24 hours before the contractually agreed start of the journey are free of charge, thereafter the full amount for cancellations and non-commencement of the journey will be charged. Expenses will be charged by Vural Bülent OG regardless of the timeliness of the cancellation, if they have already been incurred. The customer is allowed to prove that Vural Bülent OG has incurred no or less damage. Vural Bülent OG reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part if the customer stops his payments, becomes insolvent or if it is to be assumed due to external circumstances that the services will be misused or if the customer violates his obligation from these conditions. Obligations and liability of the customer The customer is obliged to inform Vural Bülent OG immediately of any changes to his name and cell phone number. Likewise, the customer is obliged to provide the necessary information about travelers, time and place of service provision. If the customer fails to notify immediately, he is liable for the damage that would have been avoided if he had been notified in time. The customer is obliged not to misuse the services of Vural Bülent OG, even on behalf of the passengers, in particular. * not to disturb or hinder the provision of the service * not to cause damage * not to violate the criminal law * to strictly observe the ban on smoking in the vehicle * not to refuse to pay the fare. If a customer violates the above obligations, Vural Bülent OG is entitled to take all necessary measures to eliminate the abuse. In case of culpable violation, the customer is obliged to compensate Vural Bülent OG. Liability of Vural Bülent OG (Taxi Alps Express) The company Vural Bülent OG is basically only liable for damages that are directly related to the company, according to the legal regulations. Vural Bülent OG assumes no liability for missed departure times. Also, the company categorically rejects any resulting consequential and additional costs. In case of missed departure times (flight, train, etc.) the full fare will be charged or not refunded. Likewise, no liability is assumed for weather-related delays, traffic jams, road construction, road closures and involuntary events by third parties. The company is not liable for luggage, the contents of luggage, for animals and objects of any kind, electronic devices and for various goods. Vural Bülent OG is not liable to the customer or passenger for damages caused by incorrect transmission of data by the customer. Place of performance A-6020 Innsbruck, Amraser-See-Straße 9 Place of jurisdiction For the settlement of all disputes arising from this contract, the competent court at the registered office of the entrepreneur shall have exclusive local jurisdiction. Choice of Law Austrian substantive law shall apply. The applicability of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded. The contract language is German. Legal validity Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions and the entire legal transaction.
